WEDNESDAYS 6-6:45p

Donation Based

Wind down the evening with a gentle Vinyassa flow concluding in long Yin holds.  No fancy clothes required. be ready to feel transformed and 'restored' in only 45 minute's time.  All virtual yoga classes are taught through Zoom in PT time.

SUNDAYS 10-10:45a

Donation Based

The perfect way to start your Sunday morning.  A mix of gentle movements and deep breathing techniques will allow your body and mind to gently find center and let go of some of the mental weight we all carry.  A sweet, blissful hour of getting reacquainted with your own body.  Yum.  All virtual yoga classes are taught through Zoom in PT time.

TUES/THURS 7-8p

Forward Fold Online

Learn and move through the basics with this mixed level basic flow class.  In this 1hr sequence, start off slow to gradually get into the body, then continue to build up to more challenging and warming poses.  This class ends with a thoughtful, gentle cool down.  A multitude of variations will be given to suit your personal level of practice.  All virtual yoga classes are taught through Zoom in PT time.
